Elena Lau, Life Skills Coach
I am a certified counsellor, student support worker, and certified Adventures in Wisdom™ coach. I am originally from Peru. However, I lived in California for 13 years and have now lived in Vancouver, Canada for many years. I speak fluent English, Spanish and some Cantonese.
My many years of experience, self-growth, and education have brought me full circle, which has led me to become a life coach. My passion to teach and help young people flourish gives me a sense of heartfelt joy. I am here to support you and your family.

My Approach
I use the successful proven Adventures in Wisdom method of working with stories that kids can relate to and understand. Through a series of multiple sessions with the child or children, real improvements can be made.
